Jacob & Luzina op Aruba

Vorige week wilde Winston graag zijn carnavals outfit showen. Hier is de foto met het onderschrift en de toelichting van de juf.

Winston brought us his fancy carnival headpiece and baton to tell us a little about Carnival. He was a little shy at first, but then told us all about how his mom made his hat!

“Winston was awesome in his explanation of carnaval. He sat in a chair before the group with his blue headpiece and balloons and told us in Dutch that his mom participated in Carnival and that he watched only one group go by, and that he didn’t go in the carnival but that he watched it. And I asked if he could demonstrate how to dance the carnival songs and he declined. But tomorrow we have Carnival music for freeze dance at the end of the day so I think it will refresh his memory 🙂 “
